Trenton Capital District Master Plan
The
City of Trenton has hired a project team, headed by Camiros, to prepare
a master plan for the downtown Capital District, centering on the new Marriott
hotel. The primary objective of the plan is to provide a unified vision
for economic development and supporting investment in the downtown area.
Related issues of concern include retail development, traffic circulation,
and parking management. PlanSmart NJ will serve as a sub-consultant for this project,
and our main role will be to assist in consensus-building and public outreach.
