Salem County Smart Growth Planning
PlanSmart NJ has prepared an existing zoning build-out analysis for Salem County Planner Rukenstein Associates and will develop and test an alternative future land use scenario based upon smart growth principles. The County envisions using this analysis for several objectives including documenting consistency with the New Jersey State Plan, preparing a countywide open space plan, and possibly assisting in developing a Transfer of Development Rights program.
