Reducing Sprawl through Integrated Land Use Planning

6 Towns ProjectThe National Center for Neighborhoods and Brownfields Redevelopment (NCNBR) at Rutgers University received a grant from the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation for a project to assess the impacts upon infrastructure needs of redevelopment proposals for six towns in Somerset County. The NCNBR entered into a license agreement with PlanSmart NJ to use the GOZ® model for this analysis.
