GOZ® Goes National

PlanSmart NJ's Goal Oriented Zoning® computer model for build-out analysis and alternative scenario testing is one of only three regional land use and transportation impacts models listed on the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) Transportation & Community & System Preservation web site.

Found under the Resources section of the site, the case studies "were chosen for the uniqueness of their methodologies; the region's population; land use variations; depth of available data; the user-friendliness of the modeling package; and the transferability of the modeling techniques to other communities." Visit the FHWA web site at www.fhwa.dot.gov/tcsp/goznj.html to learn more about what GOZ® can do for your community.
