Funded by the Dodge Foundation, this is a joint project of the League of Municipalities’ Green Mayors Committee and Rutgers’ Sustainable State Institute. PlanSmart NJ set up and chaired the Transportation Task Force, writing up the recommendations of participants for the project leaders.
