Montgomery Township Master Plan
Montgomery
Township has contracted with PlanSmart NJ to use the GOZ® Model
to conduct build-out analysis for the township. This analysis will support
the township as it works on updating its Master Plan.
PlanSmart NJ has completed build-out analysis for the township under its existing zoning. Based upon input from township representatives, we will construct alternative zoning scenarios and use the model to evaluate and compare the impacts of these scenarios with the impacts of build-out under existing zoning.
